At Truck Coded, we believe in transparent, fast service. Unlike companies that drop ship from overseas, all of our premium truck upgrades are stocked, packaged, and shipped directly from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas, USA.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Coast to Coast

We are proud to offer 100% Free Delivery anywhere in the United States of America, including all 50 states.

  • Lightning Fast Processing: We know you want your gear. Every order is shipped out by the next business day, and frequently even the same business day it is placed.

  • Transit Time: Because we ship from central Dallas, Texas, standard shipping generally takes 5 to 10 business days to reach your doorstep anywhere in the country.

  • Secure Delivery (Signature Required): Because our Electric Running Boards are premium, high value systems, a signature is required upon delivery. This ensures your package is safely handed directly to you and protects your purchase from theft.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your package leaves our Dallas warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your truck.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely confident in your upgrade. We offer a clear 10 days return and refund policy from the date your tracking number shows the package was delivered.

Return Conditions and Fees

To ensure a smooth process, please note our two tier return structure based on package condition:

1. Unopened and Unused Items (100% Free Returns)

  • Condition: The shipping box and product packaging must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original pristine packaging.

  • Cost: Truck Coded will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. You will receive a full refund.

2. Opened Items (Partial Refund / Repacking Fee)

  • Condition: If the package has been opened, but the product is still completely unused and uninstalled with all original components present.

  • Cost: Because these are high end electrical and mechanical systems requiring rigorous safety testing and repackaging to be resold, opened returns will incur a 50% repacking fee.

Important Note: Any product that has been fully or partially installed on a truck, has modified wiring, or altered adhesive backings cannot be accepted for a return.

How to Initiate Your Return

  1. Contact our team via our Contact page within 10 days of delivery. Please provide your Order Number.

  2. Our team will verify your order details and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or return instructions.

  3. Once your return arrives back at our Dallas warehouse and passes inspection, your refund (minus any applicable repacking fees) will be credited back to your original payment method within standard bank processing times.
